Individual Psychotherapy
I work holistically with each individual to provide tailored mental health therapy. Your full self is welcome here. My goal is to provide the therapeutic relationship and support that you need no matter what issues you face.

Couples Therapy
I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy to assist couples in repairing their attachment. I enjoy working with couples looking to regain their spark and improve their communication no matter what stage of their relationship. I am LGBTQIA friendly and enjoy working with all kinds of relationships.

Therapy for Young Adults (16-25)
I enjoy partnering with young adults and assisting them to work through whatever challenges they may face. Given my background working in school systems, I understand the unique challenges younger adults face in navigating the adulthood and the transitions into/from college.

Mental Health Consultation
I am happy to provide consultation services and trainings to local organizations. I am also happy to work with parents to better understand treatment options in your community and to provide education about mental health in general.

Please Note: At this time I am not able to take insurance. However I am able to create a super-bill that you can submit for reimbursement. Some PPOs and HMOs will provide reimbursement for out of pocket mental health services.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under Federal law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
